
The Dean of the College of Dentistry at the University of Basra received the Central Committee tasked with monitoring the progress of the first-semester final exams for the academic year (2025-2026). This visit coincided with the start of the first-year exams, and aimed to review the organizational and service procedures implemented to ensure the success of the examination process.
The committee was received by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Taha Yassin, along with several faculty members and members of the examination committees. The committee conducted a field visit to the examination halls, observing the student seating arrangements and the level of services provided to students. They also reviewed the administrative and organizational procedures followed within the college.
The Central Committee commended the preparations made by the college administration and the efforts exerted by the examination and administrative committees in creating a suitable environment for the exams. This contributes to providing a conducive examination atmosphere for students and facilitates the smooth conduct of the exams in accordance with university regulations and guidelines.
This visit comes as part of the ongoing monitoring conducted by the Presidency of the University of Basra of the colleges, with the aim of monitoring the progress of the exams and overcoming any potential obstacles, in order to achieve the highest levels of quality and scientific integrity in the educational process.
