Lecturer from University of Basrah Participates in Hypnosis Workshop and Its Uses at Baghdad University

Dr. Raffef Abdul-Hafid, a lecturer from the college of education for women / University of Basrah participated in a workshop on hypnosis and its uses that was organized by Baghdad University.
The participation included training on using modern hypnosis techniques to rid the patient of some mental diseases by making the patient obeying and complying the orders of the treating physician and changing the patterns and notions of the subconscious mind.
The aim of the participation was to inform the lecturer about the latest developments in the educational and psychological sciences to contribute with understanding and treatment of mental illnesses in the society such as excessive fear (phobia), chronic insomnia, sleep disorders, and severe depression.
