A Patent for the Preparation and Clearing of Collagenase Extracted from Fish

Two researchers from the College of Agriculture/ Department of Food Science, Dr. Wassan Kadhum Abd al-Razaq Altamini and Dr Um Albishr Hamid Jabbir, took out a patent from the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control, for their research (the Preparation and Clearing of Collagenase Extracted from Fish) which will have impact on softening meat, according to the positive results of the study.
