The Division of Continuing Education at the College of Fine Arts at the University of Basra held an attendance workshop (Basics of Radio Direction)
The workshop was presented by Dr. Qusai Abdel-Abbas, Head of the Audio-Visual Department, and the trainer Muntazar Al-Musafer, and it was moderated by M. Saja Yasser Hussein.
A definition of the art of radio directing by transforming the written text and the symbols contained in the text into an embodied reality that pulsates with life, dynamism, and movement through dialogue characters and sound effects that make us imagine space and time and live with the characters, and music that gives the drama its general atmosphere and psychological overtones.
