The College of Dentistry University of Basrah has started constructing a roof shed at the college gates for protection from rain and sunlight, especially when the college began receiving patients in the educational clinics with the beginning of the new academic year, and this was done with the personal-efforts by the maintenance unit of the college.
The official of the Technical Division at the college added that the maintenance unit and its staff are making great efforts to serve the college and the University of Basrah.
And the maintenance official clarified: The college has a staff capable of doing anything from technical work such as welding and roofing work, as well as electricity and water works and other important matters.
The maintenance official indicated that the Deanship of the College, headed by the Dean of the College, Assistant. Professor Dr. Fateh Abdulsahib Al-Khakani, paying their attention to the university’s property and they are keen to show the College and the University of Basrah in a appropriate and beautiful way through continuous encouragement and guidance to the maintenance unit team.
