The participation of a lecturer  at the University of Basra in the discussion of a PhD thesis at Malaysian University: 

Professor at the College of Administration and Economics at the  University of Basra Assistant Professor Dr. Tareq Tawfiq Youssef Al Abdullah in June in discussion of phD dissertation (Measuring the Performance and Efficiency of Islamic Banking and Conventional Banking in Bangladesh) for phD student at Parlis University of Malaysia online Via Zoom platform .
Dr. Tareq Al-Abdullah said that the goal of this participation is to repatriates the University of Basra with foreign universities as part of the promotion of joint cooperation with government foreign universities, especially that the University of Parlis is one of the state's presidential university, which occupies centers in the world classification.
