A fourth-year student at the College of Nursing at Basra University, Anmar Jabbar, participated in the Health and Nursing Administration workshop held by the College of Health Technology in Basra. In a lecture he gave during the workshop, student Anmar showed the definition of health and nursing administration as the field that links management, leadership and all public health systems as well as health care systems and hospital departments. Indicating that the study of this field helps to understand the roles and strengthen the administrative aspects of health care systems. A master's degree in health administration is offered by universities to prepare graduates for management positions in the health sector. The program aims to introduce the degree that is designed to assist officials in finding effective and innovative solutions regarding outstanding health leadership that open the career of graduates. |
