Welcome to the Information Technology and Communication Center, Basrah University with a new season of competency courses for postgraduate applicants.
This year we will have three competency courses:
Computer course The cost of the course is 25 thousand dinars (lectures + exams + certificate)
English language course The cost of the course is 25 thousand dinars (lectures + exams + certificate)
Arabic language course The cost of the course is 25 thousand dinars (lectures + exams + certificate)
For those with specialization, the subscription amount is as shown below:
If the participant’s specialization is English, the amount of the English language course receipt is 10,000 dinars (exams + certificate).
If the participant’s specialty is a computer, the amount of the computer course receipt is 10,000 dinars (exams + certificate).
If the participant’s specialty is Arabic, the amount of the Arabic language course receipt is 10,000 dinars (exams + certificate).
- Payment of wages shall be made before the course to obtain receipts in Information Technology and Communication Center in the Karmat Ali campus, bearing in mind that the center is open throughout the week from 8:30 in the morning until 1:30 in the afternoon, except for public holidays. When reviewing for the purpose of registration, a copy must be brought Personal for each receipt, and for those with specialization, bring a copy of the graduation document or graduation confirmation
- Active Gmail must be available on the device through which the subscriber communicates, whether it is a mobile phone or a computer
- After obtaining the receipts and making sure that there is an effective Gmail, the participant can register online on the course link published on the center’s website, our Facebook page, and the center’s telegram channel. The form includes Gmail, personal information, download the course receipts and the graduation document if it is The contributor is a specialist, as well as choosing the courses that the contributor wishes to register for and for which he has obtained receipts
- Installing the Google Classroom program to join classes (each course has its own electronic class), follow up lectures and take exams, whether through a mobile phone or computer, knowing that both can be used at the same time
- Install the Google Meet program to join the daily synchronous lectures
- When the required number of the electronic classroom is completed and after checking the participant’s form and the form is correct and there is no error in the Gmail address and the receipts have been uploaded correctly, the center will send the electronic class codes (for each course has its own electronic class) and the exam number to the email installed in the electronic form, so The student must follow his e-mail
- If there is an error in the electronic form, such as an error in the Gmail installed in the form, or failure to download the course subscription receipts, we will publish an advertisement for the participant on our Facebook page and the center’s channel on Telegram to re-register electronically
- The subscriber must open his Gmail to receive the message sent to him by us and enter the electronic classes (each course has its own electronic class) through the codes that the center will send
The validity period of the certificate is two years from the date of issuance on the certificate
- The overall passing score is according to the assessments (satisfactory) for non-specialists, and for those with specialization, it is (average) upwards
- Approval of certificates of participation in the English, computer, and Arabic language proficiency exams from government universities exclusively
