With a generous initiative of Dr. Hussain Al-Eidani, the head of Academics Union - Basra branch, and Dr. Dia Al-Fekaiki, the representative of the Union in the University Council, the union’s shield and a certificate of appreciation were presented to Prof. Dr. Majid Abdul Hamid Al-Kaabi, Dean of the College of Arts due to his distinction in the performance of his work.
