A lecturer at University of Basrah participates in an international cultural symposium
A lecturer at College of Education for Women at University of Basrah participated in an international cultural symposium entitled "The Immortal Poet Hafez Al-Shirazi and His Place in the Arab Cultural Center", which was held by the Consulate of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In it, Iman Abdul Latif Al-Mohammed, at Arabic language department, presented a research paper on the Arab cultural references in the poetry of Hafez Al-Shirazi, in which I mentioned Hafez Al-Shirazi remains the great poet with his poetry, who represented the highest verses of the ascension to the divine and holiest. Those who do not know Hafez are the reader of his poetry, which enjoys the calmness of green Shiraz and inhales its perfume.
She added that the poet travels to the world of the soul, where the meanings of longing, passion, and pure love, for the baker, Hafez, promoted his greatness to the enlightenment, from which to this day we eat the bread of love.
