The College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Basra discussed a master’s thesis on the study of the nuclear structure of the transitional nuclei Ce124-138 using the geometric aggregation model
The thesis presented by the researcher (Osama Amer Hussein) included calculating the energy levels of the ground beam, the beta-like beam, and the gamma-like beam, as well as using the NSF formula to calculate the ground-level energy and the beta-like and gamma-like beam energy using the CBMF formula, where the model achieved excellent convergence in the energy values of the ground beam as well as the convergence of Good in beta and kama-like package
The energy levels of the three beams were also studied as a function of the number of neutrons, where it was observed that the values of energy levels increased with the number of neutrons for the ground beam for practical and theoretical values, while it was noted that this was different in the beta-like beam and the gamma-like beam and the use of the scattering concept in determining the characteristics of the gamma beam and the shape distortion with the change of momentum was studied Angular by using the singular term energy law and the power index to describe the ground plane energy spectrum. The reduction potential of the quadrupole electrode transition (2E)B was calculated. The electric quadrupole moment of the ground beam was calculated. Also, the beta deformation coefficient was found, in addition to the calculation of the surface potential energy.
Aim of the study
Studying the energy levels of these isotopes up to the energy level of 4MeV, as well as calculating the energy values of the levels theoretically according to some theoretical equations to determine the positions of the beams and depending on the shape of the nucleus, as well as studying the behavior of the energy levels of the beams by b(av) and scattering and calculating the values of potential transmission rates and determining the electric quadrupole moment Q To determine the shape of the nucleus and the amount of deformation in it, and to study the surface potential energy.
