The College of Nursing at the University of Basra participated in a workshop entitled (Upgrading the websites of our university formations), which was held at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology and in the presence of the President of the University, Prof. the University. The workshop included a presentation of the colleges’ sites and a discussion of the most important developments of the sites and solving problems and obstacles. The College of Nursing presented its site, and the Director of the Information Technology Center, Mr. Kayan Abdulaziz, praised the efforts made by the college in order to rank first among colleges and centers. One of the most important objectives of the workshop was to improve the work of websites in achieving, publishing and marketing the best scientific achievements and activities and the products of researchers, through the development of websites for the formations of the University of Basra and those working on them, and the role of university media in documenting, keeping pace and transmitting honest and noble information to reflect the civilized image Hammadi also indicated that in light of global developments and in line with the information revolution and technological openness, it has become necessary to work on developing marketing plans for scientific research and scientific achievements of the university and building modern technological strategies in support of the institutions’ vision to achieve the best achievements and build an electronic marketing culture through the development of university websites and its formations . volume_up content_copy
