The lecture presented by the lecturer, Duha Adel, from the Department of Arabic Language, addressed that anger is one of the emotions that clearly affect the human personality, and the individual’s response to the influential situations of anger may vary between an appropriate response based on repression without hurting the feelings of others, and an inappropriate one based on transforming anger into aggressive behavior .
The lecture recommended that if a person wants to reduce anger, he should reduce the severity of situations and simplify them, and counting to ten gives the individual thinking about the event and how to deal with it, focusing on solutions instead of problems and always remembering that anger does not solve the problem, but rather makes it worse, as well as relax and breathe slowly and change the charged place Negative energy to another calm and stress-free.
