The College of Nursing at Basra University participated in a scientific research on COVID-19 in its joint international conference with the College of Nursing at Alexandria University, which was held on October 25-26, 2021 at Alexandria University. The teacher, Dr. Hisham Hussein Abdel Raouf, presented a scientific research on (the knowledge of workers in radiology departments about Covid-19 in hospitals in Dhi Qar Governorate). The research dealt with studying the knowledge of workers in diagnostic radiology departments about the characteristics of the virus that causes the disease, methods of transmission of infection, methods of preventing transmission of infection, treatment and immunity from disease, in addition to the knowledge of these workers about how to deal with the infected during their examination in the radiology departments. The scientific committee praised the discussion of the research and the conclusions and recommendations made by the researcher. This is a distinguished step in the field of scientific research and a distinguished progress for our dear college and university. |
