A book entitled (A Biofilm Study for Isolated Bacteria Identified by 16srRNA Sequencing) was published for the teaching staff at the College of Nursing at Basra University, researcher Kholoud Abdul Karim Hussain. The book dealt with a study on biofilm formation, which plays a role in pathogenicity and infection by various microorganisms, where bacteria were isolated from orthodontic devices and complex dental devices. And diagnosed by 16srRNA sequencing, which has high diagnostic efficiency. Through the study, new strains were isolated for the first time internationally and locally, and it was called Iraq-Basra, and it was registered in the Gene bank, European Nucleoride Archive and in the NCBI and the book included five chapters. |
