All graduates of the University of Basra who hold graduate degrees and whose names are in the attached lists, must review the College of Graduate Studies to receive the password and user name to enter the Federal Service Council system for the purpose of appointing them to state institutions
Passwords are received by the graduate himself exclusively and cannot be given to anyone else according to the instructions received by us
