The lecturer in the Department of Physics - College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Basra, Dr. Ahmed Jassim Hammoud Al-Maliki, participated in the international scientific conference held at the University of Alexandria in the Arab Republic of Egypt, by giving a lecture and participating in a scientific research on the manufacture and study of the thermal driving force in nanoscale models of FeAlo and FeAlo compounds. NiAlo. This conference is considered the first scientific cooperation between Basra University and Alexandria University, which aims to conclude understandings between Iraqi and Egyptian universities, as they are of great international scientific weight. The establishment of joint scientific conferences between Iraqi and Egyptian universities gives intellectual and scientific cross-fertilization. The cooperation between the two universities also helps in forming research work teams that address health problems and serve the community. As well as focusing on the most important health problems related to the Covid _ 19 pandemic and its effects on university education and finding a mixture between physical and electronic education and the search for modern electronic programs that raise the level of blended education
