A delegation of professors and students from the Department of Mathematics - College of Education for Pure Sciences - University of Basra made a field visit to Basra Specialized Hospital for Children on 11/4/ 2021 to communicate and inspect the conditions of the children sleeping there and raise their morale by spending some time with them, alleviating their suffering and bringing joy and pleasure to them and give them some modest gifts. The head of the delegation, Prof. Dr. Abdul Wahed Mahmoud Muhammad, explained to the hospital administration and the accompanying delegation that the administration of the College of Education for Pure Sciences - University of Basra attaches great importance to supporting the values of communication, cohesion and societal compassion, and any voluntary humanitarian work carried out by professors and students to embody our Islamic and Arab principles, values, principles and educational goals. Including the clinic of patients lying in hospitals, because there are many lessons, lessons and sermons in that, including thanking God Almighty for his countless blessings, as well as guiding students towards noble principles and values in life and avoiding the amusement and indifference that may control some students. Being the educated and aware segment that will lead the educational process with its noble values in the future. At the end of the visit, the delegation thanked the hospital administration and the doctors, nurses and staff for their great efforts in providing treatment, comfort and services to the patients sleeping there and the reviewers, as well as for the warm reception....
