Since its establishment in 2018 until now, the Water Management Committee at the University of Basra at the Marine Science Center has been working to follow up on the quantities of potable water and those used for watering crops on a regular basis. It also ensures the efficiency of the meters that are replaced whenever necessary.

Which was installed in the internal sections of the student dormitory, and which feeds all sections of the students with clean drinking water free of charge.
