Under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Dr. Mowaffaq Fadel Al-Shahwan, the technical staff in the College of Science started the work of sustainability in the maintenance of the college corridors by replacing the old and damaged bricks with modern bricks supplied by the University of Basra laboratory for muqarnas and of high quality. The Dean of the College of Science stated that these works are part of a plan The College of Science in Renewal and Sustainability of the College’s Various Facilities
