Under the patronage of the President of the University of Basra, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Dr. Salma Abd Al-Baqi Mahmoud, the college organized an awareness lecture in the civil defense on Wednesday 17/11/2021 in the college building in the Graduate Studies Hall, in which Mr. Rahim Ali Al-Hatim delivered the basics Civil defense and what are the methods used to prevent fire dangers and its side effects and cases of immediate resuscitation for those affected by these dangers
