Objective of the thesis is represent the relationship between meandering and slopes stability of the river banks from the geotechnical point of view, to know the cause of the failure , and to determine the stable banks along the river. Also, future expectations for a stable riverbank could be stable for a limited period and subsequently likely to be subject to collapse and erosion.
