The College of Nursing at the University of Basra organized a workshop on hematology in which Dr. (Wasfi Zahir Abd Ali) lectured with the participation of the assistant teacher (Iman Hanash). The workshop aimed at education and training on the importance of blood tests and biological effects for many diseases, as well as knowledge of the normal rates in the body and the physiological role of blood in The body. The workshop included several main axes, the most important of which are theoretical information about blood physiology in terms of functions, and practical training on some laboratory tests such as the controlled blood test (PCV), the amount of hemoglobin, sugar, cortol, and blood types. On his part, Dr. (Nael Hussein Ali), Dean of the College of Nursing, said that the university seeks to improve its scientific results. |
