The College of Nursing at Basra University received a delegation from the Noble Qur’an Complex for Memorization and Islamic Studies in Basra, led by the religious preacher, Mr. Adel Al-Yasiri. They were received by Professor Dr. Abdul-Amir Abdullah Al-Mousawi, Dean of the College of Nursing at Basra University, and the teacher, Dr. Hisham Hussein Abdul-Raouf, Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Wathiq Faroun, Head of the Branch basic medical sciences It included a discussion on the importance of Quranic work in Iraqi universities and ways to advance their Quranic reality, especially after the great turnout witnessed by religious activities and events and from various segments of the academic and student community and others. Al-Moussawi stressed the importance of holding religious lectures and seminars and Quranic work in particular, in developing the Quranic reality, as it is one of the most important fundamental actors in activating the Quranic movement in Iraq. |
