The President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hamadi, checked the scientific laboratories and educational clinics under construction at the College of Dentistry, and reviewed the construction, rehabilitation and development work in them, as part of his keen follow-up to the progress of the college’s work.
During his tours in the college departments, with the company of the, Dean of the College of Dentistry, Assistant. Professor Dr. Fateh Abdulsahib Al-Khakani and both of his assistants, Hamadi reviewed the construction, rehabilitation and development of scientific laboratories and educational clinics in the college, praising the efforts made by the Deanship of the College in preparing the infrastructure, classrooms, scientific laboratories, gardens and other facilities.
The President of the University of Basrah stressed that these efforts will be reflected in a positive and remarkable way on the future state of the university, which always seeks to consolidate the educational process in it and modernize its infrastructure to keep pace with the current universal technology and studies and their changes, expressing his thanks and appreciation to all the college staffs from the Deanship of the College, the administrative staff, its employees and the academic teaching personnel who are making exceptional and colossal efforts to facilitate the educational process and its success in light of the newly developed COVID-19 Virus.
For his part, the Dean of the College, Assistant. Professor Dr. Fateh Abdulsahib Al-Khakani, expressed his intention in developing the College and upgrading its infrastructure in a way that contributes to the development of the educational process in the country, stressing that the College is working to achieve its vision and its message in scientific excellence.
Al-Khakani added that the Deanship of the College is keen to follow up the implementation of the requirements of the phantom laboratory according to the approved standards by directing all laboratory supervisors and technicians to complete the requirements and to perform the right documentation required for the work state of the scientific laboratories.
