Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Abd al-Amir Abdullah al-Moussawi, Dean of the College of Nursing at Basra University, our college organized a solidarity stand for the death of (the late Mr. Riyad Yaqoub Zaboun), director of the Follow-up and Civil Defense Unit, following an unfortunate accident. Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, faculty members, a number of faculty members, and a group of faculty students Through the pause, a verse from the Holy Qur’an was read, and the forum was interrupted by words of love for the deceased, which were recited by Dr. Hisham Hussein Abdel-Raouf, Dr. Sajjad Salem Issa, Dr. Wathiq Pharaoh, and the teacher Farhan Layz Ayez. On the one hand, in a speech by Prof. Dr. Abd al-Amir Abdullah al-Mousawi, Dean of the College of Nursing, there is nothing more difficult than losing a loved one, and there are no words that express what is inside us, and we can only be satisfied with God’s decree and destiny. On behalf of myself and on behalf of all the members of the College, my deepest condolences and sincere condolences in this affliction, and as we share your sorrows and pain, we pray to the Lord Almighty to bless the deceased with his vast mercy and great forgiveness and inspire you and your family and your loved ones patience and solace, and we belong to God and to Him we shall return.
