A master's thesis at the College of Education for Women at the University of Basra discussed a master's thesis entitled "The Contributions of the Bani Al-Zajali Family to Public Life in Andalusia".

The first chapter included the roots of the Bani Al-Zajali family, who continued to name them, and their locations in Morocco. The second chapter dealt with the contributions of this family to the ministry’s plan, writing, and other plans, and the third chapter contained their social and cultural contributions. , with a conclusion of the most important findings of the study
      The aim of this study was to unveil the family of Bani al-Zajali and introduce them and try to break into their roles with all its data, especially since the history of this family is tainted by some ambiguity in most of the historical stages that Andalusia went through, as the sources mentioned only a small part.
       The letter concluded that the family of Banu al-Zajali was one of the families loyal to the Umayyad state, as it was at the forefront of their supporters. On many administrative, political, military, financial, religious and even urban plans, this family achieved a great social status among the groups of Andalusian society.
