In this study, potassium fluorosilicate, fluorescent, phosphorous, K2SiF6:Mn4+, doped with manganese ion, was prepared by precipitation method, and it was diagnosed by XRD and infrared spectroscopy. By DTA-TG and studying the electronic transitions of the prepared compound by PL photofluorometry, two broad emission peaks appeared in the red region within the range of 600-650 nm. The morphology of the particles of the prepared compound was studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the proportion of the constituent elements of the compound was calculated by X-ray energy dispersal spectroscopy (EDX). The industrial application of the prepared material was also carried out in the manufacture of WLED after mixing it with commercial yellow phosphor YAG: Ce3+ and basing them on an InGaN thin film with a blue wavelength of 460 nm, and the resulting light was Warm light at a temperature of 4558 k. Potassium fluorotitanate was also prepared and studied. Mn4+ was done by two methods, the first was by using micro-titanium oxide and the second by using nano-titanium oxide dotted with manganese ion. The crystal structure, the thermal stability of the prepared phosphorous materials, and the PL photofluorescence was studied, as it gave two broad peaks in the red region within the range 600-670 nm. The scanning electron microscope images showed that the formed particles have a hexagonal structure and a smooth surface. The study of energy dispersal in X-rays (EDX) showed the proportions of the constituent elements of the compound, and the CIE chromatic coordinates of the prepared compounds were determined, which appeared within the red region, and the QE quantitative efficiency of the prepared compounds was studied at the excitation wavelength 473. nm, which gave higher quantitative efficiency and luminescence intensity for the micro-titanium compounds than for nano-titanium compounds, and the light produced by the WLED produced for the micro-titanium compound gave a warm light with a temperature of 4585 k
