A scientific study at the College of Nursing, University of Basra, which was prepared by the teacher Loay Shehab Abdel Wahed Shehab and the teacher Afkar Fadel, the faculty members of the College of Nursing at the University of Basra. The study included a descriptive study evaluating the effectiveness of e-learning for students of the College of Nursing in the governorate from 6/1/2021 to 23/6/2021. Face-to-face classes were abolished and moved online, giving rise to online learning that allowed learners to continue their education. However, the sudden transition from face-to-face to online learning has posed many challenges for students, teachers, administrators, and education leaders. E-learning can be viewed as computer-assisted learning, and as a pedagogy of student-centered and collaborative learning. Early developments in e-learning focused on computer-assisted learning, in which part or all of the learning content is delivered digitally. Recently, the pedagogical dimension of e-learning has become prominent. E-learning includes all forms of learning and teaching that are supported electronically. |
