The lecture presented by the researcher (Fatima Taher Hussein) included
A theoretical study of chemical adhesion theory according to Anderson-Neones model for spherical quantum dots of semiconductor materials of large size on pure ideal graphene layer. The effects of distance and temperature on the adhesion equations were entered and the Crane function was used to find the Hamiltonin solutions of the system. Where all the equations were solved in a numerical way, taking into account all the variables affecting the adhesion process by exposing the adherent levels, quantitative displacement, locations of localized levels and the number of their occupations. To study the adhesion of quantum dots between two electrodes of graphene and other modern nanosystems.
The aim of the lecture is to apply the Anderson-Neones model of chemical adhesion to quantum dots as adherent particles and to use the graphene layer as a base for adhesion.
