Basrah - College of Pharmacy Media:
The University of Basrah, at the College of Pharmacy, held a workshop titled "Registering on Scientific Websites and Its Importance for Entering Global Rankings."
The workshop included a review of the most important global rankings, their requirements, and the feasibility of providing the required information, such as scientific activities, research, and the preparation of official and scientific websites according to the requirements of these rankings. It also provided an overview of the mechanism for obtaining an official university email. Additionally, it addressed how to register on sites like Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Scopus, ORCID, and Publons, as well as the mechanism for uploading scientific research to them and continuously updating them.
The workshop also explained how faculty members can register on the university's website and how to populate their pages with scientific and research materials that elevate the scientific value of the university's website, benefiting researchers and browsers worldwide, along with explaining how to continuously maintain the page.
