The Ohio Publishing and Academic Services in the United States of America issued a patent on the manufacturing of the carrier medium and the collection kit for the detection of Covid 19 virus at the University of Basrah, where Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, President of the University of Basra, along with three university cadres obtained the patent.
