Prof. Dr. Shaker Majeed Kazem, an instructor at the Department of History at the College of Arts / University of Basrah, was chosen as a member of the Scientific Committee of the Tenth International Conference, which will be held under the slogan (The Duality of East and West and its Impact on Civilized Communication) for the period from 1-3 November 2022 at the College of Arts/ University of Al Mosul.
