The College of Dentistry University of Basrah organized a course in computer for Microsoft Word for the college's newly employed personnel which was carried out by the Information Technology Unit.
The course included an educational lectures delivered by the IT employees, Saja Khalid, Hala Thaar and Jehan Qasim, the lecturers talked about the importance of Microsoft Word as it is considered to be one of the most important writing applications because it saves time and effort in work.
Furthermore, the lectures included a comprehensive explanation on how to deal with this application in doing official samples that carry the college's logo and an explanation to Taskbar, inserting pictures, shapes and how to create tables and files and how to save them.
The lecture aims to develop the newly employed personnel in computers due to the computers importance in daily transactions that require the computers.
