Instructor Al-Aboudi, KH.H.H (Ph.D), the director of the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra, participated in the Erbil International Forum for Empowerment and Youth Capacity Building, which was attended by the Iraqi Cultural Forum and under the patronage of Captain Adnan Darjal, Minister of Youth and Sports, and in cooperation with the Kurdistan Women’s Union, the first edition of the forums for youth empowerment of both genders.
Al-Aboudi was distinguished by the type of participation by presenting a working paper on the methods of intellectual and cultural immunization for Iraqi youth
