The Secretary-General of the Central Library, Dr. Mohsen Abdel-Hay Dasher, and Dr. Tawfiq Al-Hajjaj, Director of the Heritage and Manuscripts Unit, received a delegation from the Popular Mobilization Authority, among whom was Haj Abu Hanan, commander of the Fourth Brigade.
Dr. Mohsen toured them in the corridors and departments of the library and briefed them on the work mechanism and they discussed together ways to develop the latent potentials of young people... by opening joint courses with the crowd
