Dr. Mustafa Salem Hazem, the instructor at the History Department at the College of Arts / University of Basrah, for his research entitled (Political Implications in the Sermons of Lady Al-Zahra, peace be upon her), won fourth place out of a total of (101) participating papers within the activities of the first scientific conference on Lady Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her), which was set up by the Department of Intellectual Affairs in the shrine of Radd Al-Shams in cooperation with the College of Imam Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him) departments of Babylon and under the slogan (Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) the secret of creation and the voice of truth).
