The College of Nursing at Basra University held a seminar entitled (Evaluation and Evaluation of Performance and Quality) within the activities of the Quality Division in the College. This lecture was given by Dr. Samira Muhammad Ibrahim, Director of the Quality Division, and a number of faculty teachers and some directors of the divisions and units attended the college, where evaluation and evaluation in performance were defined The definition of quality, its history, and the most important researchers in this field, and the importance of applying the concepts of quality in educational institutions and methods for diagnosing problems on the tree model and the fish spindle model were discussed, and then the problems and work obstacles diagnosed by the units and divisions of the college were reviewed and proposals to overcome these problems |
