The Student Activities Division at the College of Pharmacy inaugurated the sports halls for chess, table tennis and the gymnasium hall, in the presence of the Director of Student Activities Department at The University of Basrah Dr. Ghassan Habib. The Division official, Prof. Dr. Sana Jawad Al-Mayah, stated: On the occasion of the fifty-fifth anniversary of the founding of the University of Basrah the opening of the sports halls for chess and table tennis, and the gymnasium hall, which was distinguished by the latest sports equipment for physical fitness, which received a distinguished turnout by the faculty and students of the college.
