The representative of Zain Al-Abidin Hospital, affiliated to the Holy Hussaini shrine, Mr. Balasim Faleh Hasan Al-Mayah and met the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Dr. Falah Hassan Sheri .The two sides discussed a mechanism of cooperation between University of Basrah and Zain Al-Abidin Hospital to establish a branch of Zain Al-Abidin Hospital affiliated to the Hasina Shrine at University of Basrah Al-Mayah said that this mechanism of cooperation came according to the directives of Amin Afzal Al-Shami, the legal tutor of the Holy Hussaini shrine, and because of the current conditions that the country is going through, which reflected on the employee and the citizen at the same time. Al-Mayah added that surgical operations of all kinds, major and above, for young and old, include the employee and the relatives as well as there is a consideration for the employee, if his financial condition is moderate or less, the amount can be reduced in half with installments or cancellation and it will be covered by the Holy Hussaini Shrine. Free of charge with its facilities and operations conducted by the doctors of the European Center at Zain Al-Abidin Hospital, as we contracted with them from Russia, Australia, Canada, India, Turkey, Jordan and Iran, in addition to the distinguished Iraqi staff. For his part, Dr. Falah welcomed this step, which is important for University of Basrah, as it helps the enrollee and removes the costs of private hospitals or travel outside Iraq to conduct surgeries that cost millions, expressing his cooperation for the success of this step.
