The students of the second stage of the morning study at the College of Education for Human Sciences - Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance made a knowledgeable trip to the Sarah Center for Psychological Trauma, with the cooperation of Dr. In the treatment of these cases between psychological counseling and psychotherapy.
Through this, the students were directed to mention many inquiries and questions that deal with the causes of trauma in the individual, its symptoms, how to treat it, and what is the important role of psychological counseling in that?
This trip was under the supervision of a group of professors from the department, including (Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Karim Zayer Al-Mouzani, Assistant Professor Dr. Tahani Anwar Al-Sareeh, and Assistant Professor Jaber Obaid Saleh).
The scientific trip ended with the necessity of having elements of connection between the Psychological Counseling Department and (Sara Center) to benefit permanently from the department’s renewed experiences and the need to inform others about this center and the services it provides to the community as well, as well as emphasizing the continuous communication of the department’s students with the center for practical knowledge of treatments And services provided to cases that come to the center.
