The two instructors from the College of Fine Arts, teacher Hassan Talib Janzi, and Assistant Lecturer Haider Jaafar Saadoun participated in the introductory seminar for the “Irid” platform, as part of the launch of the conference and scientific forums guide service, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sajid Saad Hassan Al-Nur, President of Basra University, and in the presence of distinguished professors from all Iraqi universities, In Marla Hall on Tuesday 19/3/2019, the symposium aimed at introducing professors and students of studies to the benefits that they obtain from the platform in addition to the methods of registration in it .. and the need to conclude agreements with the University of Basra and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research by adopting the activities of the platform within its programs ... and also recognition of the medals granted by the platform to researchers and the possibility of calculating them within the scientific promotion points. The founding statement for the launch of the guide to scientific conferences and forums was also presented and presented by Professor Raja Abdullah Issa Al-Salem with the professor and novelist Dr. Al-Khas Baqer Al-Najjar, and this service is one of the unprecedented services and the first of its kind at the level of Arab countries, which allows members registered on the platform to publish Covering scientific events and events that take place in universities and international conferences.
