The College of Science at the University of Basrah organized a seminar entitled ((( Matrix metalloproteinase and their tissue inhibitor in human prostate cancer) by the graduate student (Azhar Abdul Jabbar Ameen), Important of Matrix metalloproteinase in the development and metastasis of prostate cancer and important of Tissue inhibitor in the regulation the expression of these enzymes. Thesis aims to regulation these enzymes prostate cancer cells (PC3 cell line) by miR30a and INF-Y, and concluded role of miR30a and INF-Y in decrease rates of these enzyme in cells and increase apoptosis rate in cells after treatment and recommended to more study by using another cell lines and different assay
