Board research at the College of Medicine, University of Basrah discussed the prevalence of hypogonadism in patients with type 2 diabetes who complain of erectile dysfunction. They complain of erectile dysfunction. As men age, testosterone levels and erectile function decline, leading to hypogonadism and erectile dysfunction. Men with type 2 diabetes suffer from hypogonadism and erectile dysfunction. The research concluded that most patients with erectile dysfunction had normal testosterone levels, although most of them had several comorbidities such as dyslipidemia, hypertension, and ischemic heart disease.
