A lecturer participation from Basra University in an electronic workshop through the Zoom program:
L. Bahaa Abdul Razzaq Qasim, a lecturer in the Statistics Department at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra, participated in the electronic workshop tagged "Writing and arranging sources according to - Harvard system - APA method with application using Google Scholar", as (lecturer) through the ZOOM program at three o'clock in the afternoon on Sunday, 17th may 2020. it was established by the Karbala Center for Studies and Research at the Hussainia Holy Shrine with the participation of Prof. Dr. Shurooq Abdul Redha Al-Sabah and Prof. Dr. Mahdi Wahab Nehmeh Nasrallah, two lecturers in Statistics Department at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala.
The workshop aimed to introduce how to write research sources, master's thesis or doctoral thesis according to the Harvard system and the APA method with application using Google Scholar.
The workshop aims for the necessity of keeping pace with international universities in the manner of writing, arranging and publishing studies and research, as well as getting acquainted with the software, systems and standards adopted in those universities in the research aspect.
It is noteworthy that the workshop targeted a group of researchers, including university and institute lecturers, and postgraduate students.
