Assist. L. Ali Abdul Zahra Hassan, a lecturer in the Statistical of Department in the college  of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra, was chosen  from the highest 5% authorized by their articles from the origin of 13,000 authors; Within more than 105,000 author and reviewed their reference certificates within the fourth annual report for the 2019.
