The College of Science - Department of Mathematics held a seminar entitled (Finite Element Analysis of the Keller Siegel Model with Additional Spread and Logistic Source) for postgraduate student Muhammad Hammoud Hashem. The seminar presented by the Free Conference Call platform. It aims to study a finite element method for the (Patlak-) Keller-Segel equations in one and two space dimensions with additional cross-diffusion and logistic source terms in the elliptic equation for the chemical signal.
