The University of Basra discusses the search of the Higher Diploma Adopting WBS Working Structure for Project Time Management - the Case of Study for the project  of Al- Najibi Concrete Bridge:

Discuss Higher Diploma (Adopting WBS Working Structure for Project Time Management – Case of  Study for the project of Al-Najibi Concrete Bridge) at the college of Administration  and Economics at the University of Basra.

The research provided by the student Duhha Iyad Ahmad Al-Hammadi, which was  four chapters, take up the first chapter of previous studies and research methodology, the second Chapter explained theoretical framework for the study, which shows the basic concepts of the workforce, and third chapter adopted the practical aspect of the research, either chapter IV and addresses conclusions and recommendations.

The research aims to monitor the implementation of the project consisting of several stages and identifying operations requiring tightening control because it may cause the entire project.

The researcher concluded with a week follow-up and the non-treatment of deviations at its specific times, which led to the work of the Company implemented in the completion of the project on time and thus delayed the achievement and payment of financial fines

The researcher recommended the necessary to used work segmentation structure   because the work part of several parts could be largely controlled.
