The Avicenna E-Learning Center at the University of Basrah has announced that Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, has been appointed as Director of the Avicenna Center, succeeding the former Director, Dr. Haider Muhammad al-Sabbagh.
Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, through a speech he gave at a ceremony held in the center and in the presence of the center's staff, praised the efforts of Dr. Haider Al-Sabbagh to raise the E-learning educational process at Basrah University and keep pace with the scientific development taking place in the world to serve our students and our community.
Dr. Uday Bashir Issa also pledged in his speech to continue in raising the center to achieve the goals and aspirations in building a virtual university that contains E- educational resources
