A seminar about environmental governance and its role in achieving sustainable development Iraq case for 2003 – 2015:
A seminar was discussed in the economics of the department in the college of Administration and Economics – University of Basra (Environmental Governance and its role in achieving sustainable development Study of the situation of Iraq for the period2003-2015), prepared by of the student Haidar Bargash Salem by the supervision of Prof. Ndwaa Hilal Jouda .The researcher explained that the aim of the seminar is the highest concept and mechanisms of environmental governance as a view to knowing and realizing the importance of the Concept and environmental governance system, which would be obstructed on the way of sustainable development and therefore, the legal framework, initiatives and procedures needed to activate environmental governance on the ground. The seminar was attended by the lectures in the economics of the department.
